Sprinkle the prawns with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil to approx. 180 ℃ for frying.
Prepare the flour, beaten egg with a dash of milk and breadcrumbs separately in plates.
Dip the prawns first in flour, then immediately in the beaten egg-milk mixture and finally press the breadcrumbs well onto the prawns.
Fry the prawns for a few minutes in hot oil and enjoy drained with sweet chilli sauce.
